My client, a US based fast-growing e-commerce brand in the jewelry space, is known for creating personalized, meaningful pieces inspired by the moon and life’s special moments. Their products have gained strong traction online and are backed by a passionate community of customers.
Role Overview:
They are looking for a warm, empathetic, and solutions-driven Customer Service Agent to join their team. You’ll be the voice of the brand—helping customers with everything from product questions to order tracking, exchanges, and repairs. If you’re someone who loves helping people and has an eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. - Order Management:
Assist with order updates, returns, exchanges, and troubleshooting delivery issues. - Product Knowledge:
Develop deep knowledge of our product line to answer questions, make recommendations, and guide customers through their shopping journey. - Problem Solving:
Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency, turning challenges into positive experiences. - Feedback & Insights:
Track common customer concerns and share insights with internal teams to improve our products, site experience, and service. - Team Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, marketing, and fulfillment to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Answering phone calls with professionalism and warmth
- Responding to customer emails and social media comments
- Using (Gorgias) software for support tickets
- Representing the brand with clarity, empathy, and confidence
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service—ecommerce or retail background is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, little to no accent.
- A calm, positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized, especially when managing multiple conversations
- Experience with tools like Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar platforms is a bonus
- A genuine interest in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands
