They’re a small, remote team with big goals — focused on delivering great products, meaningful customer experiences, and emotionally driven campaigns.
About Job
They’re not looking for a traditional “Operations Manager” or someone managing warehouses or shipping. What they need is a super-organized, highly communicative, and proactive right hand to CEO — someone who can:
- Own and manage projects
- Keep people and tasks aligned
- Improve processes
- And ultimately, keep things from falling through the cracks
You’ll work across the business — touching everything from marketing to creative to team communication — bringing clarity and follow-through to the table. Core Responsibilities
- Project Management
Plan, organize, and track projects — from new product launches and photoshoots to influencer campaigns and internal initiatives. - Team Coordination
Make sure tasks are assigned, deadlines are met, and communication is flowing between the CEO and the rest of the team. - Internal Operations
Help with scheduling, remote team support, vendor follow-ups, invoices, and the many small things that keep a business running. - Creative & Marketing Support
Coordinate timelines for marketing campaigns, social content, creative production, and digital updates (no need to design or code — just keep it all moving). - Process Optimization
Spot messy systems and suggest smarter ways of working — we love people who bring order to chaos.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, team operations, or assistant/manager roles in fast-moving environments — ideally within DTC e-commerce. Experience in DTC jewelry or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
- You’re fluent in English (C1/C2) and communicate clearly and professionally
- You’re not afraid to follow up, take initiative, and hold people accountable
- You’re highly organized and use tools like. Good knowledge of Shopify is must.
- You’re tech-savvy, flexible, and love keeping things moving
- You’ve worked in remote teams — bonus points if in e-commerce, creative, or DTC brands
