As we expand in the U.S. market, we’re looking for a Sales Outreach Assistant to support our outreach efforts.
About the Role
You’ll manage LinkedIn outreach on a branded profile, send connection requests, and follow up with U.S. prospects. You’ll monitor replies during the day and share them with our leadership team for guidance before responding. You’ll also help schedule meetings into our calendar. All tools, scripts, and full training will be provided.
This is an ideal opportunity to build experience in remote sales support, with a flexible schedule and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Use your (branded) LinkedIn profile to send connection requests and messages to potential clients (scripts provided).
- Monitor LinkedIn for replies throughout the day and flag them to the team for guidance.
- Schedule video meetings into our calendar based on client availability.
- Keep simple records of outreach activity using shared tools (we’ll train you).
What We’re Looking For
- A professional-looking LinkedIn profile (or willingness to adjust it with our help).
- Good written English and a professional tone.
- High daily availability to check LinkedIn messages and respond quickly.
- Responsible, self-managed, and organized in a remote work environment.
- Prior experience with LinkedIn or CRMs is a plus, but not required.
- Open to university students, recent graduates, or career starters.
