Outbound Sales Development Representative

What You’ll Do

  • Cold Outreach: Drive outbound cold calls to potential customers, presenting products and services to generate interest and new leads.
  • Qualify Prospects: Build meaningful conversations, uncover client needs, and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
  • CRM Management: Keep records up to date in Salesforce and other CRM tools, documenting interactions and tracking progress.
  • Communicate Effectively: Deliver clear, professional communication while addressing inquiries and building trust with prospects.
  • Lead Generation: Identify opportunities, nurture leads, and pass high-quality prospects to the sales team.
  • Sales Drive: Bring enthusiasm and determination to hit—and exceed—sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
