Marketing Manager

Remote | $3,000–$4,000 per month

We’re hiring for our US-based client, a growing SaaS company, looking for a Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. This role is ideal for someone with experience in subscription-based models, strong digital and content marketing skills, and a data-driven mindset.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Optimize SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Manage website and brand assets for a consistent experience
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Create marketing content across formats and platforms
  • Design and manage pricing strategies and service offerings
  • Analyze performance, track KPIs, and report actionable insights
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams
  • Continuously improve tactics using data and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years in marketing, ideally within SaaS or subscription models
  • Proven success in customer acquisition and retention
  • Strong grasp of customer lifecycle marketing and recurring revenue metrics
  • Experience in pricing strategy and service optimization
  • Skilled in website management, content creation, and communication tools
  • Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities
  • Self-starter comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
