We’re hiring for our US-based client, a growing SaaS company, looking for a Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. This role is ideal for someone with experience in subscription-based models, strong digital and content marketing skills, and a data-driven mindset.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies
- Optimize SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Manage website and brand assets for a consistent experience
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Create marketing content across formats and platforms
- Design and manage pricing strategies and service offerings
- Analyze performance, track KPIs, and report actionable insights
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams
- Continuously improve tactics using data and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in marketing, ideally within SaaS or subscription models
- Proven success in customer acquisition and retention
- Strong grasp of customer lifecycle marketing and recurring revenue metrics
- Experience in pricing strategy and service optimization
- Skilled in website management, content creation, and communication tools
- Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities
- Self-starter comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
