We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager who specializes in cold email outreach for new business development. This role will take full ownership of identifying prospects, creating engaging outreach campaigns, and managing automated sequences to generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use prospecting tools (such as Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to build and verify high-quality B2B lead lists.
  • Design and execute cold email outreach campaigns targeting potential client companies.
  • Write clear, compelling email copy tailored to specific audiences and offers.
  • Set up and manage automated email sequences using tools like Lemlist, Reply.io, Mailshake, or similar platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyzing metrics like open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, send times, and CTAs to improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to align outreach with pipeline goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant email marketing laws and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, outbound lead generation, or cold outreach.
  • Strong knowledge of cold email tools, automation platforms, and prospecting methods.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, especially for B2B outreach that drives replies and interest.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and continuously improve performance.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes, client acquisition, and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
