About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with SMB leads through outbound sales efforts. You’ll focus on qualifying opportunities and setting the foundation for the sales team’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold outreach to customers in the trucking and logistics space.
  • Make a minimum of 125 cold calls per day.
  • Qualify at least 10 new sales opportunities per week.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong outbound sales experience.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Knowledge of the trucking or logistics industry (a plus).
