Business Development Partner – Remote Talent Solutions

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Sales Professional with a ready-to-activate network of U.S.-based SMB contacts—especially those hiring remote talent. You’ll be selling nearshore staffing solutions from Latin America, enabling U.S. companies to access English-fluent professionals in customer service, tech, finance, and more at a fraction of the cost.


Your Must-Have Profile

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience (staffing, SaaS, or outsourcing)
  • Existing book of business or LinkedIn network of U.S. SMBs, especially decision-makers (founders, HR, Ops)
  • Proven success closing remote hiring, recruitment, or outsourcing deals
  • Fluent English and excellent written communication
  • Self-starter: you can hit the ground running without hand-holding

Your Responsibilities

  • Activate and engage your current network of SMB decision-makers
  • Pitch and sell our LATAM staffing solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, follow-up, closing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding

Compensation
