We are seeking a Business Development Manager who has an active personal database of U.S. SME clients (startups, scaleups, or small-to-midsize companies) and can immediately drive new business. You will leverage your network, pitch our proven recruitment solutions, and close deals that bring in new clients from Day 1.
This is a high-impact role designed for a self-starter who understands B2B service sales and knows how to navigate decision-makers inside fast-growing companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use your existing SME client network (10–200 employees, startups, scaleups, U.S.-based) to generate leads and close deals.
- Pitch CareerLATAM’s recruitment services, backed by CareerDubai’s 20+ years of global recruitment expertise, to key decision-makers (HR leaders, founders, COOs, hiring managers).
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, presentations, negotiations, and contracts.
- Build a robust pipeline and keep accurate records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback from the market to help refine sales strategy and service offerings.
Requirements:
- Must be experienced in business development or sales, focused on U.S. SME clients.
- Must bring an active, personal client book or database of U.S. SME/startup/scaleup contacts.
- Strong track record in selling B2B services (such as recruitment, staffing, SaaS, HR tech, consulting, or outsourcing).
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. startup and SME landscape and their talent needs.
- Highly independent and self-driven, with the ability to deliver measurable results.
- 100% remote position.
