We’re looking for a Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager to join a fast-growing eCommerce team. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing Amazon Seller Central operations across multiple brands in the US and Canada.
You’ll play a key role in driving growth through catalog optimization, performance analysis, compliance management, and product launches. This position is both strategic and hands-on—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, customer support, and brand teams, reporting directly to the Director of eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central for 6 brands
- Launch new ASINs and coordinate FBA shipments with logistics teams
- Optimize product listings (titles, keywords, A+ content, storefronts)
- Monitor and improve KPIs: sales, traffic, conversion rates, and reviews
- Resolve compliance issues, including account flags and appeals
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams on branding, marketing, and fulfillment
- Support expansion into Walmart Marketplace and other channels
- Continuously improve processes using tools and automation
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Amazon-focused eCommerce
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience managing a 3P seller account on Amazon.com (US)
- Strong background in catalog management and listing optimization
- Deep understanding of Amazon policies, metrics, and compliance
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with Walmart Marketplace / Seller Central
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Datadive, monday.com
- Experience managing multiple brands and international markets
