Media Buyer

Location: Remote (Preferred: LATAM or Eastern Europe)
Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM EST
Compensation: $2,500–$3,000/month

A fast-growing DTC brand with a fully remote, collaborative team, focused on scaling ad performance and creative innovation across social channels. They value clarity, proactivity, and people who bring both strategic thinking and high energy to their work. They need a Media Buyer who’s already demonstrated success in both performance and creative strategy. This type of person is critical to our company’s growth.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale Meta, TikTok campaigns, PR, Any ad platform
• Analyze and report on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
• Collaborate with video editor/designer to iterate on creatives.
• Draft copy for headlines, hooks, and descriptions
• Develop creative testing plans + performance summaries
  
  

Ideal Candidate Traits:

• Has scaled ad accounts from $50K to $100K+ per month with positive ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
• Has worked with US companies or agency
• Native or near-native English fluency (no accent-heavy communication)
• Clear, proactive communicator who can explain strategy and performance simply
• Confident in Slack/email updates and async reporting, no need to chase
• Can write creative briefs and ad scripts in brand tone
• Takes initiative in suggesting angles, offers, and creative direction

Required Experience:

• 3–5+ years media buying for DTC brands
• Scaled budgets from $30K to $100K+/month profitably
• Strong UGC + performance creative experience
• Familiar with attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.)

Preferred Tools:

• Triple WhaleSlack, Asana, Google Docs
• Reports via Slack + Google Sheets, 1 async video update per week
